Pricing & Payment
How much does a diagnostic visit cost?
Our diagnostic fee is $125. If you proceed with the repair, this amount is applied toward the total cost of the job — so you only pay the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, personal checks, Zelle, and Venmo.
Will I receive an estimate before work begins?
Always. After diagnosing the appliance, we provide a flat written estimate before touching a single part. No hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice.
Service & Scheduling
Do you offer same-day service?
In most cases, yes. Call us and we'll do our best to dispatch a technician the same day. Next-day appointments are also available.
Which neighborhoods do you serve?
We cover all five NYC boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island — as well as Westchester and Long Island. See all service areas →
What are your working hours?
We work every day of the week, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM — including weekends and holidays.
Parts & Warranty
Do you use genuine OEM parts?
Yes — exclusively. We source original manufacturer parts for every repair. No aftermarket substitutes, no compromises on quality.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
Every repair comes with a 365-day warranty covering both parts and labor. That's a full year of peace of mind.
What if the same issue comes back?
If the same appliance develops the same fault — caused by the same component we repaired or replaced — we will return and fix it at no charge within the warranty period. We stand fully behind our work.

Our technicians have years of hands-on experience working exclusively with luxury and professional-grade appliances. They receive ongoing training, work with original service documentation, and use manufacturer-level diagnostic tools — giving you results that match the standards your appliances were built to.
The Repair Process
How do I book a repair?
You can call us at (212) 282-9858 or fill out the booking form online. We'll confirm your appointment within 15 minutes and send you a reminder before the technician arrives.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Ideally, yes — but we understand that's not always possible. Many of our clients arrange access through a doorman, building concierge, or a trusted person at home. If you'd like to make such arrangements, just let us know when booking and we'll coordinate accordingly.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed in one visit and take 1–2 hours. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll let you know upfront and schedule a follow-up visit as soon as it arrives — usually within 1–3 business days.
